About Daniella

Daniella Libri Elias is a cyclic educator, author, and creative coach who helps women understand how their menstrual cycle and inner rhythms can shape how they move through their days AND how they create. Over the years, she has worked with hundreds of women, helping them move away from the expectation that they should show up the same way every day, and instead learn to work with the different phases of their cycle and the energy available to them.

For the past 13 years, Daniella has evolved her work through women’s circles, meditations, creative workshops, and cyclic coaching containers, creating spaces for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. At the heart of her work is the belief that our cycles aren’t something to work around; they are a source of wisdom and creative power that can help guide us in building the life that feels most us.

Daniella lives and works from her fairy-light-filled home in Sydney, and spends most of her time with her nose in a book and a cup of cacao in her hand. She is an absolute pastry fiend, and if there were a pain au chocolat sitting in front of her, she would refuse to share.‍ ‍

Prior to moving into the world of cyclic education and coaching, Daniella spent six years as a high school teacher while balancing her first business, Amity Created — a product-based self- and soul-care brand that she grew and operated for nine years. It was through Amity Created that she discovered a deeper passion for working closely with women, in person, and creating spaces that supported their own healing and self-discovery.

Over the years, Daniella’s guided meditations have led to collaborations with a range of brands and organisations, including Westfield, Tower One Barangaroo, and The Happiness Planner, where she facilitated internationally broadcast circles. Her work and story have also been featured across podcasts, radio, collaborative blog posts, panels, and guest speaking events.

Daniella previously co-hosted the Aligned and Unfiltered podcast alongside her two best friends, Demi & Ness. The show became a top-rated podcast, reaching more than 28,000 streams and downloads in its first few years.

In 2024, Daniella was published in Anthologia, a collection of stories for every woman, alongside ten other women exploring lineage, identity, and the histories that shape us. She has since written two more chapters for the collection and co-curated its last two editions alongside The Kind Press.
