The Garden is a nourishing year-long journey.
A cyclic sanctuary for women who crave a long-term meeting ground as they honour, explore and support their shifting inner eco-system.
No matter what life season or cycle you currently find yourself in, this space honours your seasonal connection, it opens room for continued learning and self-exploration while fostering collective growth.
In The Garden you have the space to anchor deep with the connection you have built with yourself, step into consistent guided practice, expand your wisdom and become an embodied version of self.
We are the garden keepers, sisters meeting on fertile ground.
12 months of themed seasonal connection and exploration, we start alongside nature's Winter and journey together through all 4 seasons, until the cycle resets.
In The Garden, you will gain access to:
> The Gathering - a monthly Zoom meet-up with a replay provided
This 1.5-hour flow will vary in theme and will shift throughout the seasons, a blend of scheduled women's circles, workshops, and opportunities to learn from other cyclic beings. Our intention is to hone in on holding ourselves in our shifts, taking things slow, inviting in more self-connection and navigating our experience alongside whatever cycle calls us (menstrual, lunar, circadian, archetypes, seasonal)
> The Watering - 3-month group check-ins (on top of the monthly Gathering)to reflect on what has been emerging within your cycle & create personal focus points for the months ahead.
> The Toolshed - A collection of resources, replays, and tools to support your seasonal shifts
> The Meeting ground - A community space for connection in between gatherings
